Only the credit card owner may use the card.
We accept one-time payment only.

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please pay your "Product Costs, Delivery Charges, and Cash on Delivery Fee" in cash to courier person upon delivery at your door.
Your order will be shipped by Cash on Delivery (COD) via SAGAWA Express.
Through this method, you pay in cash for your order when it arrives at your door by paying the due amount to the courier person.
The delivery agent will return the package to us in case any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect.

If you need a payment receipt for COD, please request it to the courier driver at the time of delivery, since we generally do not issue any receipts.

Payment Due Date
* If you pay by credit card, each monthly payment must be made by a certain date determined by your credit card issuer.
* If you pay cash on delivery, you will pay in cash when you receive the ordered products.
Delivery Times
When a product is in stock, delivery time is typically 1-3 business days from the date you place the order.
We endeavor to ensure that we have sufficient stock availability, however some products may occasionally become out of stock or unavailable after you have placed an order.
Should this happen, we will back order the product and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Occasionally, we may have to cancel your order.

Delivery of your order may be delayed due to geographical location, shipping issues, traffic conditions, etc.

Order Cancellation
Once we have sent you "a "Shipping Confirmation" email (*), our acceptance of your order is complete; at this point, we are unable to cancel or change your orders.
* Once the "Shipping Confirmation" email has been sent, or once you have replied to the "Delivery Charge Changed" email with your order confirmation (if applicable), a contract is formed between you and us in relation to the product(s) set out in the email.

Return and Exchanges
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our food products, as a general rule, we will not accept any return or exchange because of a personal preference.
